Fixes:
- Username is read once from the Outlook and
then written in the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER_C: "Software\OutlookInside"
--> "User" ánd in the description of the Inbox. OutlookInside now first
checks for this user names before accessing the Outlook profile for the user
