  • Automatically send letters (documents) based on your own Word templates;
  • track the entire history of your contact:
    • Documents (Digital, scanned, e-mail, etc.);
    • Appointments (Outlook Calendar);
    • Tasks (Outlook Tasks);
    • Activities (Outlook Activities);
    • Related contact/companies.

 

After installation you will have your new - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - -toolbar at your disposal. All new functions - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - offers you, can be reached from this toolbar:

Save E-mail:

Save mail.gif (28591 bytes) In - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - you can store all outgoing and incoming e-mail. When an e-mail is saved in - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - , you can easily retrieve it from the address card of the recipient/sender.

Besides saving e-mail manually, you can also let - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - save all e-mail automatically. When the recipient or sender is known in - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - , all e-mail will be saved and can be retrieved from the address card.

 

Edit Company/Contact

Companies and contacts.gif (28979 bytes) With - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - you can maintain a central address database and retrieve all you contact en contact related information in Outlook.

Besides the possibilities Outlook Contacts offers you; with - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - you can:

  • Add more then one contact to a company (changes to company data will automatically be shown on all contact cards);
  • Salutation, etc. (to be used in outgoing correspondence);
  • Use categories (Groups and Codes);
  • Use more fields;
  • Automatically generate mail merges, news letters, Christmas cards;
  • etc...

All changes can immediately be seen by your colleagues.

No Exchange Server needed!

Importing (or synchronizing) with your existing database is almost always possible.

 

Merge documents/e-mail/envelopes:

Merge.gif (32284 bytes) With the merge tool you can merge your contact (address) information to Word / Excel / E-mail.

You can use your own existing templates to send mailings (new letters, etc) en make envelopes.

All the documents created with the merge tool will also automatically saved in - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - , so they can be retrieved through opening the - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - address card.

 

Find Contacts:

Find contacts.gif (21349 bytes) With "Find contacts" it is possible to search through your companies and contacts on any criteria you wish.

You can search through all fields, but also on "Groups" or "Codes".

 

Time/Mileage-registration:

Time registration.gif (14468 bytes) In - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - it is possible to your own projects (and subfolders (document types)). All documents in - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - can be stored in one of these project (and subfolders).

Besides that, it is possible to link appointments in your own Outlook Calendar to a project or client. Based on that information, - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - allows you to easily make Excel reports, with:

  • Hours and mileage per day/week/month/year;
  • Hours and mileage per project;
  • Hours and mileage per client (company or contact).

 

Distribute scanned documents:

Scanned documents.gif (31982 bytes) Distributing and archiving your scanned document will become very easy with - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - . You can use any type of scanner; - OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - will automatically load your scanned documents and allows you to choose:
  • the sender;
  • the project (document type);
  • which recipients you want to send the scanned document by e-mail.

- OpusFlow CRM for Outlook ® - will:

  • save the document so it can be found on the address card of the sender;
  • save the document in the right (project) directory and subfolder;
  • send an e-mail to the selected colleagues with the document as attachment.
